菇且一试 Mush Try!

Went to this restaurant named as "Mushroom Park" 百菇园 at Serangoon Gdn Way with Pris last night. It's the franchise of a Taiwanese food chain.


There are over 20 types of mushroom in the steamboat..the soup is really yummy and aromatic! The assorted mushroom steamed rice is very delicious too, tastes like claypot rice...

Zen-feel and relaxing ambience....

I've found my substitute to Salmon Sashimi..hehe..this cold dish, Mushroom Sashimi goes rather well with Wasabi... beside the dish are two side dishes - mushroom floss and deep-fried abalone mushroom, which are irresistible too! I bought a packet home too....:) The green tea pudding is a very special dessert too...must try!
