I studied Basic Conversational Vietnamese during my NUS days which was at least 10 yrs ago...I can only remember "Chi Que Kong? (How are you?)" and "Toi La.... (I am...)". haha.. I had wanted to visit this country to feel its culture...finally had the chance in Jan 09 to travel to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) & Hanoi (capital of Vietnam)...

Went to an ancient battlesite where we tried shooting....using real bullets...
I was so so shocked by the loud explosive sound when i fired...can feel the ground shaking too...what an experience...
