30.05.09在本地看了有史以来最最最（to the power of infinity）劲爆的《舞林正传》Aaron Kwok De Show Reel Live in Singapore Concert演唱会。与其说是演唱会，应该是一场令全球华人骄傲的娱乐盛事！声色艺俱全的演出、演而优则舞的Aaron以及那荣获世界金氏纪录的450度旋转舞台已不在话下，最令我深深感受的是整个演出的精细安排、毫无冷场、每个表演者掏心掏肺的演绎、新加坡观众沸腾的情绪与集体回忆的共鸣！如果当晚你没有在现场，是很难从文字中体验出那种感觉的（当然前提必须是，你不排斥演唱会和郭富城，哈哈！）有别于之前在新加坡所举办的演唱会（应该有5场左右），这次的影响力（在我所认识的歌迷圈子里）最大！如果用测量地震震级的Ritcher Scale 来比喻，这次的震撼指数高达9.9级！这绝对是有迹可寻的，最重要是配合了天时、地利

那天在一间售卖水晶饰品的店闲逛，看中一枚戒指，上面镶着一只蝴蝶。售货员告诉我，在风水的角度，蝴蝶代表人缘。难怪我不知为什么，对蝴蝶情有独钟，看来是我跟他的缘分吧。就像有些人独爱小狗小猫，都是一种与生俱来的缘分和倾向。原本是想要找王菲在西安法门寺开幕典礼所演唱的佛曲，无意间发现这首《蝴蝶》。自制的MTV有好多形形色色的蝴蝶，与花争鸣，看得让人喜悦。昨晚在电视上也观看了魏如昀的《蝶恋》MTV，很有意思的一首歌，MTV拍得很另类，有创意。

在佛光山卫塞节庆祝会上拍下这些有关“十供”的图片，从精简的介绍认识“十供”的意义。为了庆祝卫塞节，位于金文泰的新加坡佛教青年弘法团（简称“佛青团”）为儿童佛学班的学生举行了“三步一拜”、“拜愿”、“传灯”和“浴佛”四大仪式。我有幸担任佛学班的义工老师，一同和学生学习仪式的规矩和意义。简单来说，“三步一拜”是为了祛除心灵的“贪嗔痴”，“拜愿”仪式是为了忏悔往昔所造的恶业，“传灯”是将佛陀所教导的慈悲与智慧之光传承下去，“浴佛”是洗净我们的身、口、意。通过这次教学相长的经验，让我获益不浅，更加深了我的佛缘！阿弥陀佛！ -

卫塞节庆祝佛陀诞生、成道与涅磐，是佛教徒重要的一天。早上9点去接两位姑姑一同去佛光山参加浴佛仪式和参观押花展，度过一个充实的一天。好友宝莲和她的护花使者也前来浴佛；美如auntie 和 Uncle simon 一起帮忙Sally售卖环保用品。从台湾佛光缘美术馆带来的押花展，实在太美了，真的是‘眼花缭乱’！全由一位台湾艺术家萧珊珊一手完成，不知花了多少时间、眼力、耐心才完成。

今天在facebook看到一位朋友post了一则短讯，惊觉阿桑往生了，google查看后，原来她是因患上乳癌而病逝，得年34岁。上天的安排往往让人难以预料。我对她的作品不熟，只知道一首《叶子》。这首歌红了阿桑，也预言了人的生命有时真的像叶子般随风飘逝…我们要好好过每一天，停下脚步欣赏沿途的风景，最重要的是无愧于心。

九份位于台湾台北县瑞芳镇，早期因为盛产金矿而兴盛，矿坑挖掘殆尽后从而没落。1990年代后，因电影《悲情城市》一片于九份取景，九份的独特旧式建筑、坡地以及风情，透过此片而吸引国内外的注目，也为此小镇重新带来生机，目前已经成为一个很受欢迎的观光景点。位于台湾东北部，临山靠海，与基隆山遥遥相望；整个小镇座落于山坡地上，也因此形成了独特的山坡和阶梯式建筑景观。九份的怀旧景观吸引许多观光客，主要聚集在基山街、竖崎路及轻便路等街道。基山街又称“暗街”，无论是平日或假日皆有络绎不绝的拥挤人潮；竖崎路是九份的直向道路，是一条阶梯路，有很多观景茶馆聚集于此街道。旧道口（基山街口）也设有观景台，可以从九份观赏北海岸的绵延海景。基山街内商家聚集，有很多九份旧式纪念艺术品，基山街内的九重町客栈是九份一个旧式建筑中的佳作，橘黄色灯光也给人怀旧的印象。竖崎路则是全然不同的景观，很多旧式建筑都聚集在此，

I studied Basic Conversational Vietnamese during my NUS days which was at least 10 yrs ago...I can only remember "Chi Que Kong? (How are you?)" and "Toi La.... (I am...)". haha.. Celebrated our beloved friend's birthday at hs's house with do, ee, vv, sh and a new friend (xiaomei who's only 20 yrs old). 一直以来，我是个无神论者。自从去年去了心灵之旅，开始跟佛法结缘。我没皈依，称不上是佛教徒，只能说是佛教的尊崇者。在5月17日当天，跟智扬还有慧诗到坐落在榜鹅新址的《佛光山》祈福，感受了佛光普照。这座新落成的寺院非常特别，从外观根本看不出是佛寺。现代的建筑突现了星云大师所提倡的佛教生活化，把佛教与人民的生活拉近。很喜欢佛光山那股浓浓的禅意，就像一杯纯水，看似无味，品尝后却有丝丝的清凉、朴素和淡香的感觉。 浴佛是卫塞节的礼俗，借助水的纯净来清净我们的身心灵。 二楼有个抄经阁，让信众用毛笔抄写佛经。以前念小学时曾学习用毛笔写字，相隔这么久再拿起毛笔，有点生疏。我们三个抄完之后都有点手酸。抄经能培养耐性与集中力，你们有机会来不妨试试！ 佛光山正式在2008年6月8日开幕，当天早上星云大师将亲临现场与纳丹总统主持揭幕仪式。欲知详情，请浏览www.fgs.sg .

Hi, I was M.I.A for a few weeks since my last post.Went to China Xi An for a historical and cultural tour.... love that place a lot!‘失踪’了几个星期，去了一趟中国古城西安，收获满满！第一天晚上 钟楼夜景 - 集古代与现代于一体的风貌！饺子宴 - 慈禧当年品尝108道不同的饺子；我们品18道，起初还蛮好吃，越吃越腻！太多淀粉了！ 酒店附近的粉巷-- 进军西安的第一家BreadTalk，在西安算是高档面包店 这间DVD店卖的DVD既便宜（从新币2元起）又齐全！第二天 参观世界八大奇迹之一的兵马俑，真多谢秦始皇长远的眼光，才让后人能目睹这壮观的景象。兵马俑在1974年被这位农夫在挖井时发现的。这位老伯影响力真大，今年已经80多岁了，在那里还办签书会！

前天谈到鼓励大家在家里制作环保酵素，这里提供制作“秘方”。环保酵素的用处很多，可以抹地、抹玻璃（防止手印）、洗水槽、除臭、施肥等等。以下是我发酵的‘成品’，左边是外用的环保酵素，右边的是食用的酵素（采用的是raw honey 和新鲜水果）。原来在发酵过程中所产生的气体有助于净化空气、保护臭氧层ozone layer。原来，我们家里的垃圾桶（尤其是装满了食物残渣）时时刻刻都在释放甲烷（沼气），刺激了温室效应，将空气的温度提升。[Methane is a relatively potent greenhouse gas with a high global warming potential (i.e., warming effect compared to carbon dioxide)]所以，做环保酵素最主要的目的是鼓励每一个人家中都有环保酵素，延缓全球暖化的情况。 保护地球，人人有责！

一直以来，我以为。。。我力大如牛。我一口气可以拿很多东西。但是，事实是我高估了自己的能力与力量。昨天，我那可怜的左手终于投诉了，跟我翻脸，甚至罢工！连举手都痛，完全不能拿东西。幸好不是右手。那种酸痛实在受不了，没办法只好去找中医。第一次尝试针灸，酸麻的感觉好难受啊！在这里奉劝大家不要像我这样，不要overload你的手。这次上天给我的警告，我会牢牢记住。没有左手的日子真的不好过。我会更加爱护我的双手。
